Our Story
Naturally Sauna began in Kinsale through a collaboration between Paul Bowen of MyHaven and Tracy McCarthy of Naturally Balanced.
MyHaven brought practical sauna knowledge and direct experience of what customers wanted after heat-based wellness sessions. Naturally Balanced brought botanical formulation and small-batch oil-making expertise. Together they created nourishing oils designed for post-sauna use and everyday skin care.
Positive feedback from sauna customers led to Naturally Sauna becoming a separate brand, with its own range for individuals, sauna operators, spas and wellness retailers.
Our Philosophy
We believe self-care should be simple, considered and enjoyable. Our 80 ml oils combine plant-based carrier oils with distinctive aromatic blends and are handcrafted in small batches in Kinsale.
